The rebellious daughter of former law-and-order Mayor Rudolph Giuliani was busted today for allegedly stealing makeup from an upscale beauty and skin care shop near her Upper East Side home, officials said.
Cops said Caroline Giuliani, 20, a student at Harvard University, was arrested after security cameras caught her stuffing makeup into her jacket pocket at a Sephora store at E. 86th Street and Lexinton Avenue shortly before 2 p.m.

Just one little pebble in my shoe regarding this story. One of Rudy’s most recent wives went by the surname HANOVER. When this story first broke I thought the media gave this girl’s last name as HANOVER, making her Ms. Hanover’s daughter by a previous husband, and NOT Rudy’s blood daughter. What’s the skinny?

Ok, Dr. 1010RD... How the hell do you know? there are lost of children who are loved and adored who turn bad. And this was shoplifting which has a pychological profile all its own. NOT EVERYTHING IS THE PARENTS FAULT. My Gosh, she’s 20 years old...and a privileged 20 to boot.

I believe Rudy is her biological father. He had two kids with Donna Hanover.
SHe is his daughter. SHe uses the last name Haover because she hates him. She’s an oboma fan.
