Boy ya got me thinking now....I have a friend with a limited edition painting of a B29 morphing into a B-2 with both their signatures. I'll have to go visit him look @ the painting for clues, because both their bio's are on it....

When I was in Japan, thirty some years ago, there were still a small number of Japanese smart enough and honest enough to realize that they owed Paul Tibbets their lives. Among them was my friend “Jimmy”. He figured that he would have died in the invasion. He had been trained to be an antitank weapon. He was to get under an American tank and detonate his satchel charge. Jimmy was eleven when the bombs were dropped. He was just one of the (tens of?)millions of Japanese who were still alive at the end of the war who wouldn’t have been without the bomb.
