If Mexico has no jurisdiction, then why the hell is Calderon setting up weekends (like here in S. Utah) for the Mexican Consulate to issue Matricula Consular cards, and getting the amigos passports to travel between here and Mexico? Why then, are they going into court to advocate on behalf of their migrants, if Mexico has no jurisdiction?

WTF?

I’m not sure what you’re trying to say. What I was agreeing to, is they don’t have jurisdiction HERE, in the USA. Therefore, they cannot be a citizen just by being born. The parents would have to have jurisdiction (be a US citizen) here, in the USA, in order for their children to become US citizens. Right now, they don’t; thus, NO CITIZENSHIP FOR THEIR CHILDREN!
