” If/when the Pastor of said church refuses because of his religious beliefs, hate crimes will overrule his 1st amendment rights, and off to prison he goes!”

In today’s world when a pastor refuses to marry persons of different faiths those pastors are not sent to prison. However, if a county or parish official refused to issue a marriage licensee to a couple of different faiths or races, they will be found to be in violation of the law.

YET. The UK and Massachusettes have already led the way on what will likely happen, and its even worse than jail time is. Everything from being fired, tax exemptions removed, and endless lawsuits to the point any church would either have to close its doors due to excessive legal fees, or bow to the gay demands. You honestly believe gays will not attempt this? I beg to differ. Liberals have already proven just have vicious they can be with endless lawsuits to Sarah Palin.

Regardless, 1st amendment rights WILL be revoked. And even if I'm wrong - what makes you think that ANY constitutional rights or guarantees will be kept when the will of the voters don't matter any more?????
