There was no reason to call Jesse Jr.to the stand and they don't regret it.

This is a message to any black juror inclined to want to protect Jr.that if Blago goes down, Jr's going down, too.

Fitz put on a weak case because he knew if he had called Rezko, Jarret, or Rahm, Obama would have been implicated in the corruption.

First defense question to Rezko would be why he sold part of his lot to Obama, making the remaining property unbuildable at a suspiciously low price.
