ROME — A mother of two boys aged 12 and 14 reported a topless bather to police because the way she applied suntan lotion was "troubling" her sons.
The 26-year-old sunbather, identified only as Luisa under Italian privacy laws, was questioned by officers, who have opened an obscenity investigation.

because the way she applied suntan lotion was "troubling" her sons. Yes officer, she's sunbathing topless but when she applies the sun tan lotion she hides behind a towel. This is troubling my boys terribly.

Lets see, I remember when I was 14. Somehow, I don’t think seeing a topless 26-year-old sunbather would have bothered me too much. ‘course that depends on what she looked like and how much she weighed.
