It doesn't for me. It is pretty common for kids to know about these things in a general manner. Or did you never chant:
"(boy name) and (girl name) sitting in a tree
K-I-S-S-I-N-G!
First comes Love
Then comes Marriage
Then comes (either name) with a baby carriage!"
