One of the big reasons there was such a fuss in PA about the tag readers was because many of the illegals in Delaware and NJ go to PA to get their tags. We have hordes of PA tagged cars around apartments in upper Delaware. Of course , our Dem. administration in this state turns a blind eye to it all.
