Dems' two steps to sink small businesses
Politico ^ | Aug. 12, 2010 | Sen. Mike Enzi (R-Wyo)

The Democratic-controlled Congress has already thrown stacks of extra paperwork into the hulls of small businesses and now plans to implement hefty tax increases across the country. Congress can capsize our struggling small businesses in two simple steps.

Step 1: Use small businesses to pay for the new health care reform law. Small businesses are going to be smacked by a provision, Section 9006 of the new Patient Protection Act, that requires business owners to submit a separate 1099 form for every single business where purchases exceed a mere $600 a year.

Step 2: Impose a massive tax hike. Unless Congress takes action by Dec. 31, the income tax rate will rise to 39.6 percent from 35 percent, the child tax credit will decrease to $500 from $1,000, and the marriage penalty and the estate tax will make an unwelcome return.

What people need to realize is that the Democrats are doing this deliberately, fully aware of the consequences. They are not at war with the terrorists, but they are at war and want to defeat US free enterprise, whatever it takes.

Step 1 is already law, passed as part of Obamacare bill, Step 2 is imminent, all the Dems have to do is sit on their hands and let the Bush tax cuts expire, don't have to pass anything.

What the libs fail to see is that when the economy goes them country goes and they go with it.

Or do these loons truly think that somehow the economy can completely collapse and not touch them?

Yup. That’s why they built in all the loopholes. It’s also why the rich get richer.

What they don’t understand is when the crap does hit the fan, the troops they will call out to shoot us ordinary Americans will be turned on them. Because they are ordinary Americans.

---------------------------------

It's all about punishing successful people. The left thinks profits are evil. Now the administration is castigating business because they are not investing money in this economy. With Obama declaring that businesses should not make money, what do the expect? The administration has even floated trial balloons about nationalizing 401k accounts to help Social Security. What does Obama expect citizens to do when he is threatening their country and way of life.

This is all by design. Big government types like big government. They hate the private sector and the free market. But most of all they despise this country. Remember former auto czar, Bloom: 'The free market is a joke.' The 'working man' has been pushed into a corner. His savings are gone, his children's futures are being destroyed for no good reason.

Dems have had the keys to government since 2007, and Bush was a backseat driver. Spending originates in the House of Representatives. Zer0, Nancy, and Harry drove the car off a cliff in 2008, and now you expect to blame Bush and escape with no political harm with the help of your piss-stream media. Guess what, you bastards, the American voters are coming for you this time. Go ahead, keep blaming Bush, for soon one-thrid of you will be gone. You're futures in office are all used up.

Liar; Obama.

Cheater; Feds.

Thief; Congress.

Con artist; Piss-Stream Media.

Throw 'em all out.

WAKE UP AMERICA

The left thinks profits are evil.

If you run a Sole Proprietorship, you only get paid for all your hard work, if there are profits. The IRS will not allow you to deduct your salary from the reported income of the company. So the IRS sees any money you pay yourself as profit. It then gets fully taxed. So without profits, the owners of a Sole Proprietorship, do not even get paid. I understand why the IRS does it that way, but cannot for the life of me understand why people think profits are evil. They simply must not have much experience running a business.

When the system collapses, they believe the people will demand that government do something, whatever it takes to restore order and sanity.

The Left will have the excuse they've always wanted in the US, to implement extraordinary powers and finally bury our dying, pesky Constitution. They intend to create a “new man,” enact social justice and bring every last facet of our lives under statist control.

It will happen quickly. It will be the day when FR, other conservative sites, FNN and talk radio are simultaneously shut down.

The day the whole system/economy collapses will be the day the typical democrat welfare leech goes out of their minds and this country slides into chaos.

I’m a firm believer were just one missed welfare check away from anarchy in this country. Rats need to be careful what they wish for.

If every small business on average employs one less person, that will add greatly to the un=employment stats.

If the commieRATS let the 'Bush Cuts' expire they'll be riots in the streets --- from the commieRAT Voters.

Dubya's so-called 'Tax Cuts For The Rich' reduced tax rates for everyone. And as I recall they also removed about 10 million po' folk from the tax rolls.

So when those po' folk have to start paying taxes again, it'll be ANARCHY. They need that money for drugs and booze dammit.

Oh, and $200.00 sneakers for little Tyrone.

Another “benefit” the government heaps on the sole proprietor is the fact that they must pay unemployment, both state and federal, on their employees while they cannot draw any type of unemployment benefits if their business goes down the drain and they become unemployed.
