I am not talking about just RINOs. Even a lot of the Tea Party conservatives will balk at putting government employees out of work. What departments or agencies have been eliminated in the past when we had the numbers and the stated intention to do it? 1994? It is to laugh. It will not happen. Alas, our conservatives are true conservatives, tories as it were. They will maintain but “improve” and adjust whatever is extant. We need real reactionaries in Washington, not conservatives. We may get half a dozen of those if Republicans sweep in November and a couple more if they do it again in 2012. They will not fire anyone.

The issue is not firing people, but getting them and the government out of our lives.

The founders understood well that the least government was the best. It is still a fact.

You may very well be correct, but I am convinced the only way out of this mess is to totally decentralize the government and cut all the un-necessary functions out.......
