Excellent post, and I agree with all your points except that, before impeachment, I think he will come unhinged (a la Capt. Queeg in the Caine Muntiny) at some point within the next two years. This will be in a public setting. You have to remember that he is first and foremost a narcissist, and they don’t take setbacks well. His melt down will be due to his colassal political and economic failures, lack of popular support, and challenges from within his own party. He will opt not to run (and blame the country) rather than suffer continuing humiliation. Just my humble opinion.
Let me throw in a few more things. Foreign governments amass dossiers on foreign leaders. Can you imagine what the Russians or the Chinese or the Israeli's have on this guy? We know he has an addictive personality, that's why he can't quit smoking. What other things is he addicted to? There have been hints that he has an alcohol problem. He has admitted to past drug use. There have been rumors of homosexual activities. We know he is an extreme narcissist. How will that play out?
The next 12 months could make the last year look like a picnic. Israel is going to have to do something about Iran, which puts the passage of tankers in the Persian Gulf at risk. That increases gasoline prices which will send the economy further into depression. November will see a huge republican wave and erosion of his political base. Tax increases scheduled for Jan, 2011 will be a tremendous blow to the economy.
And he doesn't care. He is totally blinded by his moslem/racist/marxist ideology. He is bound and determined to implement it, no matter what. I have never seen anything like this.

I would bet the farm that as he goes he will do his best to blame whitey and incite a race war.
