It's a "Diplomatic" Passport. It is not issued under the same rules and regulations as one for us commoners. Let's see his canceled/expired passports before the government issued him diplomatic passports. (He probably had one issued to him as a senator too.) I have all my old passports in a drawer here right along with a certified copy of my birth certificate.

I'm not American, and even I know that it takes more to become President than just American citizenship. Possession of a passport is not enough. You need to be a natural born citizen.

A President can obviously get a new passport, with or without a valid birth certificate. The document is new, just like his Hawaiian birth certificate.
