New Congress should declare all of the WTC area as a NATIONAL HISTORICAL BATTLEFIELD SITE.
The site really should be a national memorial.

Compare that to the fact that while the Republicans have been in charge of the Senate during the last 18 years, jobs have increased by 23,118,000.
