I agree with that statement. And they have that right in every state as long as it meets the following criteria:
1. The person they marry is of the opposite sex.
2. The person they marry is of age.
3. the person they marry is not a direct relative.
4. The person they marry is not currently married.
5. The person they marry consents.
6. They are of age or have the permission of their parent or guardian.
It’s all about how you ask the question. I would be part of the 52%, but that assumes the rules above.
Yep - as long long as they "follow the rules".
