Jim Maddox, the former AG from Texas, told a friend of mine when Earle indicted Kay Baily Huchison, “The first thing Ann Richards does in a campaign is have Ronnie Earle indict her opponent.” Earle has been indicting republicans for years.

“Bipartisanship” is when you don’t have formal charges pending against someone. Now, we just have to change it in the dictionary.
