Life, like truth, is apparently disposable to this guy.
Again, I’d like to know what qualifies him to be an “expert” on this issue. I bet I could beat him in a debate hands-down, and I’m not even that quick on my feet.
It’s another project I hope to work on after I get some urgent business done this week, but when lawyers begin to realize the degree of illegal concealment of facts that has gone on in the reporting about Obama’s eligibility, there should be threats of criminal investigations popping up all over the place.
Right here, right now Chiyome Fukino should be on trial for illegal concealment of critical facts because during and after the election season she hid the HDOH Administrative Rules which were required to be public at all times. That’s just the BEGINNING of what she has concealed. The Federal General False Statement Act (18 U.S.C 1001) totally blasts everything she and her office have done. (See description of that law beginning on p 15 at at http://www.fas.org/sgp/crs/misc/98-808.pdf )
BTW, believe it or not, Toobin was in the same Law School discussion group at Harvard as was none other than Elena Kagan and claimed that he didn't have an idea as to where she was politically. At least he's consistent; he has no reluctance to lie when it serves the interests of the billionaires whose puppet he is, just as he had no reluctance to lie in the paternity suit against him.
Obviously, this half-hearted "retraction" was likely precipitated by a threat of a defamation suit by Lt. Col. Lakin's people.
