Did a search by title, sorry if it's repeat.

I keep hearing about this for days but no mention about the ownership

Apparently you did more than the developer did.

Or does he have some sort of agreement with Con Ed?

PING TO NYC Mosque property not owned by applicants.Con Edison is in the mix.

This is absolutely GANG BUSTERS. They were ot even supposed to file for a building commission application without ownership, or an agreement of purchase and sale in place on the entire property.

To put it bluntly, if this ownership discovery is true, this whole application and its approval is NOW absolutely facked!

The public service commision would have to review the sale of all utility owned buildings, and that in itself will take at least 6 months.

Sorry, no mosque will be nuilt here. And besides, the Public Service Commission could codemn the adjacent block and start state expropriation proceedings, I’d love to see that!
Con Edison needs to expand its space!

The developer has a 99 year lease. It would depend on how many years are left on the lease. Properties are built on leased property every day.

so the question is: Can the American people purchase the rights to this property so that this disgrace cannot come about?
