On July 7th, 2008 we learned that 500 tons of yellow cake uranium was secretly shipped from Iraq to Canada.
Had me until this. This is the yellowcake that was found with UN seals intact when we invaded Iraq. It has nothing to do with Wilson, Scooter, or Blago. Even if so, the existence of all that yellowcake in a country with no nuclear powerplants does nothing to discredit the idea that Saddam wanted to buy more uranium - which is all that Bush said in those "infamous" 16 words.
