when our government depends upon FOREIGN funding...more than upon the TAX revenues We the People provide...the Foreign Creditors’ priorities quite naturally trump those of We the People.

Yup. Congress thinks they can spend the money, and screw the investors inflating the currency, but when it comes time to auction the bonds, phone calls are made and favors traded to sweeten the deal. NONE of those deals are transparent to the public, which is why the process has gone for so very long.

We've collateralized our minerals, our water, and exported our industry, and the leftists just keep spending.

Thanks for sharing that story. Here is one from me.

On the Monday following 9/11 I stopped to get a breakfast burrito on my way to work at Edwards AFB, CA. A black man, an older gentleman, was cleaning the windows out front. While I sipped on my coffee, waiting for the burrito to be cooked, I struck up a conversation with him. We both talked about how we first heard of the attack. He then mentioned that his niece worked on the 99th floor of the South Tower. He had my attention. As he wiped the drippings from the squeegie he went on. He said “Did you know that Sept 11th was the first day of school in NYC?” I shook my head. He continued, “My niece took the day off to take her daughter to school.” He said that many parents that day did the same.

Another place you might want to visit is United Flight 93. There was almost nothing left in the wreckage, however a firefighter found a Bible in the ashes, opened to one of the Psalms, with glistening white pages on the inside, none of them burned.

“Considering how many worked in those two buildings and surrounding structures, it’s a miracle many more did not die.”

I recall searching the internet and reading up on the towers that day. 50,000 workers and up to 200,000 visitors each day. And the hub of business. I told my kids “This will change EVERYTHING”. I figured a HUGE number of deaths. Companies wiped out. The business world in disarray.

It was not near as bad as I had feared. Some of it due to good planning by businesses (backups, etc.). But - to have “only” 3000 dead at both the Pentagon, Airplane, and the Towers is indeed a Miracle. And sadly to some extent - things have gotten back to “normal”.

I pray that Almighty God will raise up His hand and work a similar miracle as this Nation of ours is burning and creaking on the verge of collapse.

I suspect this is a very small congregation that can not afford to rebuild on its own so it has been seeking state and city funds to help rebuild..

Seeing the way it was destroyed, and the way NY wastes money on everything else they should get those funds.

Or maybe the State dept could send the pastor on a good will tour to the mid east to explain Christianity to the Muslims and he could use it to raise funds..

Maybe they could start a public fund that people could donate to, to help..I know I would help

The only way Muslims will allow us to live is if we convert. No slavery, just conversion.

I can tell you from my church, in the last few years, especially us young families now tend to be more conservative, and some of our parents are coming over. A lot of Our parents and grandparents were lifelong dems because of the labor unions, especially in Pittsburgh, since most came to work in steel and coal.
Especially since Obama has taken office, a lot of Greeks have left the Dem party.

Well from a historic perspective, because Jews and Christians were called “people of the BOOK”, or of the Holy Bible, they were allowed to live and pratice their faith, but in the contex of “rules” of dhmmitude set up.

Here is a website that could interest you:

The Port Authority’s actions need some serious scrutiny.

The Sikhs, like the Hindus and Buddhists, and nearly everybody else, have suffered ferocious persecution from the Mohammedans.

I’ve been to that site and it’s not spread around enough. It needs to be emailed to everyone on everyone’s email list. The word MUST get out!

Thanks for the link!

I help lead a small congregation in an urban setting. You can save a lot of souls with $20 million. Heck, $2 million would last us to Kingdom Come.
