This mosque, if built, will simply be a target for another McVeigh. 3-5 years from now we’ll be mourning the deaths of more first-responders and New Yorkers killed when some moron’s ANFO laden truck goes up outside the mosque. On that grounds alone the mosque should be cancelled as a public nuisance and a threat to safety.
I don't think it should be built because it would become a shrine to the 911 hijackers whose hairless bodies still stink-up the place. And the embarrassment of box-cutter-armed punks who should have met with resistance worthy of a country with a 2nd ammendment- stinks to high heaven. (forgive us Lord, for we are pussies)
But best of all, we're a free country and we are free to tell these assholes to go pound sand. As long as they still wear body bombs, shoot at our sons and daughters in Iraq and Afganistan, blow-up markets and kill innocent civilians on a whim- f*ck 'em.
