The lack of a “II” or “Jr.” is meaningless. I’m a “the third,” but you wouldn’t be able to tell by my drivers license or passport.

If the II is part of his actual name (as per Hawaiian birth registration records), how is it that this is missing from the currentpassport ? Because his father is dead. Duh. If a person has a "Jr." or "II" after his name, it is usually dropped after the "Sr." or "I" dies. Things that birthers can't comprehend...
