You can send your personal friends whatever you please.
Once you get a list of your employer's clients and start sending them partisan political e-mails, dirty jokes, etc., your employer will not be happy and you may very well be fired.
If you do not believe me, try it.

You do not know this to be true. You have obviously never coached or been coached by someone who becomes involved in the community and often, personally, with the kids and the parents. This guy wasn’t selling cars.
And, if he was guilty of anything, it was being zealous. Not mean spirited. There was nothing in the song that was worth being fired over. Sure they can...but that is the point. You can fire a guy for this, you can fire him for not calling you “comrade” in a few years, too. Wake up.
