So, we have a 26-year-old assistant football coach who is quite creative and who is tired of Obama and his policies. He writes a song, and, as the new report indicates, he sends a link the song to everyone in his "personal e-mail list." Thus, he wasn't taking class time or practice time to tell students about his political views. He was on his on time, with his own computer, sending to his own list. And now he is fired?
Come on people! If you don't like it, complain to the man directly. Ask him to take you off his list or something. But this is just crazy.
You don’t get it. He probably had one or two parents on his list who voted for Obama. He should have know that but he is 26 years old so he is young.
People are dying for a job. Things are getting a lot worse - people may be fighting for food. You cannot give anyone a reason to fire you. He may have used his personal email but he probably pissed someone off. Getting fired is wrong but good luck fighting it. You cannot give anyone a reason to fire you and he did. We live in a police state now supported by ALL TV channcels and ALL TV networks.
All of TV and all the sports leagues like the NFL, NBA, MBL, NCAA and ESPN support Obama 110%. Idiots who watched Tv are brainwashed 24x7x365 to love Obama by TV.
Your "personal e-mail list" should be limited to your "personal friends".
His was not.
His "personal e-mail list", included "parents from Grassland Middle School, where he coached football."
If you send your political opinions to your personal friends on your "personal e-mail list": No problem.
If you send your political opinions to a list of your employer's clients that you copied and pasted into your personal friends on your "personal e-mail list": Big problem.
The only question I’d have is how the e-mail addies for the kids he coached got on his personal e-mail. If it was because he’s friends with them, then this is none of the school’s business. If he had their e-mails because of his coaching job then they may have a point.
