Well, what do we have to show for the $8700 each that's been spent on our behalf to stimulate the economy? I purchased invisible things to help me stimulate the invisible recovery engineered by the the most transparent executive and legislative branches ever in the history of our nation.

I believe my $8700 went to bail out unions and folks that refuse to work.

As much as I disagreed with it, At least Clinton and Bush when they sent out stimulus money, it was an actual check that went to peoples homes.

Could any of you economics whiz kids tell us, what the impact of giving that $8700 to the families would have been?

You can chart the growth of government and the increase in prices in this country in the 1900's and see a direct relationship (not coincidental, but causal) between the growth of government and inflation letting women vote. There. Fixed it for ya.

I used 1500 to replace our ancient heat pump. The rest I left at the office I guess.

That too.
With notable exceptions, women and blacks tend to be fairly defective in political understanding of our limited-government constitutional concepts.

I’ve actually gotten a lot of it, then some. Got the 1st time homebuyer $8k and then the UI benefits $25 per week for a year.
Then my parents did the cash for clunkers. I would do a new AC unit with the massive rebate going on, but can’t afford it now.
