It is truly a suicidal denial among the elites. Let us hope, than, that is only they who are affected by the outcome such denial ends in.

The extraordinary thing, to me, is that their unanimous, including Fox News, fanatical, and ignorant denial of his likely Muslim religion is identical to their equally determined and ignorant refusal to look at the birth certificate issue. In each case they refuse even to allow someone who disagrees with them to appear and debate the issue. The intensity of fear and denial shows me we are onto a really hot matter.

Consider a venn diagram of three sets :

• Those who decry those who oppose the Ground Zero Mosque
• Those who mock those who question Obama's qualification to be President because he does not meet the Natural Born Citizen requirement
• Those who defame as bigots those who refuse to tolerate homosexual "marriage"

The union of all the three is huge.

I also thought about including the set of folks who were for returning Elian to Cuba, but many of the youngsters would have no idea what that was about.
