My guess is that if Pennsylvania wanted to hear from a traitorous RINO, they would have voted for Arlen Sphincter to run against Toomey. Upchuck Hagel won’t make any more difference in this race than a tree falling in the woods.

Just slightly to the Left of GW Bush's endorsement of Specter over Toomey.

The establishment GOP prefers Statism to Constitutional government, and will not likely repeal one iota of Obama's agenda to date.

Ahhhhh!!

Chuckie Hegel.

I remember him well.

Perhaps he will cry at some rallies for Sestak to get him votes.

The difference between a RINO and a Democrat is the name tag.

So, six years ago Toomey got borked by Jorge Arbusto and Karl Rove and now by Hagel.

Gotta love the big government, statist Republicans.

Ever wonder why the Welfare State never gets rolled back when the Elephants are in control?

How is it that such a deeply conservative state like Nebraska elects stab-em-in-the-back type senators? Nebraskans deserve sooo much better. RINO’s are such vindictive beeches on their way out.

Hagel is no more a republican than Mt. McKinley is a throw pillow.

F-Off Hagel.

The men are seeking the seat long held by Sen. Arlen Specter, a Republican-turned-Democrat whom Sestak beat in the primary. <<<<<<<

Why do I always grin and picture a kilt when I see this line??...

Most of the Pennsylvanians (Steeler fans) I know can’t even locate Pennsylvania on a U.S. map.

Yeah, Nobody Hagel’s endorsement will change a lot of votes...not.

This was my very thought as well! I had to actually think of who Hagel was for a moment ;-)

Looks like another RINO in the mold of Specter trying to remain relevant.

I’m puzzled. What’s Hagel’s angle here? Does he live in Pennsylvania now? Is he looking to re-launch his political career as an Independent or a Democrat this time?

I posted this back in August 2008 when BHO was giving his famous speech in Germany during his campaign. He had Senators Reed and Hagel as foreign policy advisers.

““Obama prepares thoroughly for the big occasions. He is almost always well-briefed, and he was traveling in sharp company — with Sens. Jack Reed and Chuck Hagel — so you knew he would be thoroughly ready for these meetings. The chance of a major screw-up was minimal.”

Reed and Hagel. The only things remotely sharp about these guys are the knives they use to stab their constituents in the back.”

Never truer words were spoken.
