IIRC, Gallup does this poll on "adults" so it's not filtered for registered or likely voters. It will generally be the most favorable for B.O. As such, it's pretty bad for Barry. He's fixin' to drop into the 30's.

The students who treat voting as American idol in the last election and the ignorant fools who have no clue even while they the drive to vote and then make a last second decision.

I think Mugabe offered to make his country into an muslim country in return for a loan from Khaddafi. IIRC, he then used the money for, among other things, fuel.

You forgot one salient point: The Democrat Party steals elections by letting felons and illegals and phantom registrants vote. Philly consistently records more votes than eligible voters and no one is every arrested for this felony. Third world countries should come to our Democrat-infested cities to monitor our crooked elections.

They just don't get away on vacation enough.
The reason is that Gallup polls a sample of "all adults." That includes illegals, lifelong moochers, and other sorts who either arent registered to vote or rarely show up. Such a sample will typically be more lefty than samples of registered or, better yet, likely voters.
From the standpoint of what will happen in November, what all adults think is minimally meaningful. It's what likely voters think that matters, and likely voter polls show him with even lower approval.
Why does Gallup do this? It either wants to skew the sample to the left or is opting for the cheapest polling method. Or both.
