SAN FRANCISCO An appeals court has reinstated a Los Angeles preacher's defamation lawsuit against ABC's news program "20/20."
The Rev. Frederick Price of the Crenshaw Christian Center accuses the TV newsmagazine and reporter John Stossel of playing a clip from his sermon out of context. It appeared to show the leader of the 18,000-member megachurch boasting about his wealth.
The video actually was part of a sermon on greed and didn't include Price's personal information.

Score one for the good guys and 6,286,388,374 for the bad guys.
John Stossel is usually one of the good guys - I’d have to know more about the case to form an opinion here.

If a preacher has written a few books, its not hard to have accumulated a few dollars. And if you head up an 18000 member church, you’ve probably got a fairly good salary too. A fairly small percentage of a lot is still a lot.
Should put wind in Shirley Sherrod’s sails to sue Breitbart. That’s ok because he should be able to expose Pigford in defense.
Stossel gets on my nerves for some reason.
The article doesn’t give enough info. Junior reporter.
