The woman told officers she had tried to apply the SUV's brakes, without success. She was cited for driving a vehicle without a license and was released, said police Capt. Louis Cassanego of the Ingleside station.

Must be illegal, a citizen would have been held. BTW: No license=No Insurance.

It took years for the left to succeed in torts against the tobacco companies. Sometimes I dream that the right will file claims against bureaucrats for dereliction of duty to protect citizens and that sovereign immunity will eventually be found not to protect these bastards who obstruct immigration enforcement.
