With President Barack Obama’s approval ratings dipping below 50%, members of his strongest voting bloc have also started to voice displeasure with the way he has chosen to govern.
Since Obama has taken office African Americans have faced a number of disproportionate “highs,” few of them good, such as an exceptionally high unemployment rate, a high foreclosure rate, and a high number of African-American political figures deprived of the president’s support or dismissed from his administration (such as former White House social secretary Desiree Rogers, former Department of Agriculture official Shirley Sherrod, South Carolina Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Alvin Greene, former green energy czar Van Jones, Democratic Illinois Sen. Roland Burris, Democratic New York Gov. David Patterson, would-be Democratic New York Senate candidate Harold Ford Jr., and Democratic Reps. Charlie Rangel of New York, Maxine Waters of California and Kendrick Meek of Florida).

The one good thing about our election cycle is that Obama will lose in November, not August. So, we probably won't have big riots. Whether we can make it till then wihtout a redo of summer of 1967 is anybody's guess.

He has probably appointed more muslims than black Americans. Maybe they have learned you can’t judge a book by its cover.

Many, they just aren't terribly visible key posts, other than Eric Holder. Holder appointed several blacks to key position at Justice, including Tony West to head Civil Division - which is a BIG job.
I think Ron Kirk is his only other Cabinet level appointee who is black - could be wrong.
With what he wasted with the stimulus, he could have made reparations. How did average blacks benefit? They didn’t.
Its backwards thinking at work. Lifetimes of bitterness, and racism, all wanting to be the top dog. The want to be the slaves driving the masters when all they have to do is get educated and integrate as Americans.
But, they too want to cling onto their heritage and live like Africans, the most screwed up people on the planet. Here? They have the opportunities unfounded in Africa. Foremost, education. The ability to get ahead and be anyone. Even President without relying on a chiefdom.
Maybe they have to take a trip to Africa to understand where they are at and who they are?
Heck? They get over there? Most Africans would deny them....calling them white...assuming the people who went spoke english and not the pidgin posse. The pidgins? Would fit right in.
The blacks just keep separating themselves out from the rest of The American people.... Why do they have trouble just stating they are American, why do they always state african american? Why do they have the need to distinguish themselves different? Why do they consider themselves a different class of human? I am glad the group isn’t happy with the president, neither am I.
except no-one ever points out, how little black he is, his ancestry is half white, part black and part arab. There’s very little black in him.

bullcrap. 9.5 out of every 10 blacks voted for this guy, including gop luminaries colon poowell and armstrong williams. time to pay the price. some people are too stupid to be free, and everyone else should quit underwriting them. we’ll see how eager holder is to have a “national discussion” on race when it includes economics and productivity (preferably before the bond and currency markets have their way with the US). this is truly the end of an era. anything that is not economically sustainable is about to be shuttered or pushed aside, and if 80% of blacks in the middle class work in the public sector, then that will include large portions of the black middle class.

in the Uk, its referred to as Black British in all legal identity, none of this bull crap of AA. Why can’t they just say Black American, they were not born in Africa.
Any benefit blacks got in the election was taken away due to their high unemployment numbers, their foreclosure rates, the benefits to illegal aliens who take jobs away from blacks, not to mention the high taxes that hurt the poor and blacks the most.
Yea but by now they expected to be living in our homes, and being paid for being black..
