I don't believe that the 9th Circus has read the 4th Amendment . . . . . . . or any other part of the Constitution for that matter! Most of them (excepting the dissenters in this outrageous case) couldn't tell the Constitution from the Communist Manifesto.

The communist manifesto is sacred and inviolate.
