What you believe on how to get to Heaven is your business, but Beck still believes in the same God I do.

Our Book (our ONLY 'book') states things a bit differently:

Acts 2:42
They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.

23 Wherefore, the things which he shall write are just and true; and behold they are written in the book which thou beheld proceeding out of the mouth of the Jew; and at the time they proceeded out of the mouth of the Jew, or, at the time the book proceeded out of the mouth of the Jew, the things which were written were plain and pure, and most precious and easy to the understanding of all men.
24 And behold, the things which this apostle of the Lamb shall write are many things which thou hast seen; and behold, the remainder shalt thou see.
25 But the things which thou shalt see hereafter thou shalt not write; for the Lord God hath ordained the apostle of the Lamb of God that he should write them.
26 And also others who have been, to them hath he shown all things, and they have written them; and they are sealed up to come forth in their purity, according to the truth which is in the Lamb, in the own due time of the Lord, unto the house of Israel.
27 And I, Nephi, heard and bear record, that the name of the apostle of the Lamb was john, according to the word of the angel.
28 And behold, I, Nephi, am forbidden that I should write the remainder of the things which I saw and heard; wherefore the things which I have written sufficeth me; and I have written but a small part of the things which I saw.

Beck is a principled Christian man. I believe what he is doing is the Christian way of herding the sheep, and I’m very much in favor of his message.

Correction: Glenn Beck is a Mormon if he abides by Mormon teachings according to 1 John, he is of the spirit of Antichrist. Therefore while his message may be "spiritual", his prayers are not heard by God. Furthermore he advocates true believers break bread with the reprobate, which is a clear violation of the Scripture.

Despite the Herculean effort of the unregenerate to promote their demonic ecumenicalism - God will NOT bless this blasphemy. To be Holy means to be "set apart", not link arms.

I saw her on Beck today, that woman just radiates love.

Her sweet face, her unbelievably peaceful and cheerful demeanor -- this woman is a true joy to behold. I love to listen to her in the TV appearances, I can only imagine how wonderful it would be to sit with her in actuality.

Okay folks, congratulations. I’ve always looked at Democrats as those who eat their own. If you don’t toe the line, you’re against the grain and evil. You all have successfully renewed my belief that politicians eat their own but now on the religious social conservative side. Bravo!

I don’t give one red flippin’ rip what Beck’s religion is. I don’t give one red flippin’ rip what your religious beliefs are. We are STILL a country that allows religious freedom, and Glenn Beck is included! I’m more concerned with our country’s body politic than with how someone practices their religion. In this case, Beck is preaching spiritual and religious renewal while promoting and teaching our Founding documents. If you’re completely blinded by his religious affiliation, you’re totally missing the point of his mission: to teach America’s greatness through spirituality!

That being said, I hate that we’re all fighting over Beck’s Christianity. I mean, really? The man openly professes his belief in Jesus Christ to an audience of millions, and we’re sitting here saying, “He’s a Mormon! He’s not a Christian! He’s a [fill in your Mormon invective].” Take the religion out of the picture, and you have a man who’s daily struggle is to preach the Greatness of this country through it’s founding documents.
But oh, let’s not focus on the good he’s doing for the country; let’s focus on how NOT CHRISTIAN HE IS!

Well said. And I'm no Mormon. And I recognize the Mormon religion has its problems. But it is nevertheless a religion and it is very, very pro-American.

We've got to win the war, people.

Can you imagine, on Wake Island for example, marines going up to their commanding officer and saying, "we can't have Johnny fighting beside us. He's a Mormon, you know. You do know that they have a conceptually inaccurate picture of Jesus Christ, don't you?"
