Then why is Chicago murder capital of US? Perhaps if they would spend more money on community policing rather than spying on law-abiding US citizens, they could actually solve crimes and protect the citizens of Chicago.

Just came back from the safest place for a vacation....
Norwegian Pearl cruise ship.

There are camera’s in every public area and passageway.
No passenger or crew can get away with criminal behavior
on a cruise ship like that.
