I didn’t know tin foil was even available in Cuba!

For most Cubans it isn't. Just one of the many things, like effective health care and Adidas sports wear, that are available to the almost extinguished leader and his butties but not to the majority of Cuban inmates.

Good point. There is no tinfoil. Toilet paper is a luxury item.
