After the gigantic explosions of 1883 Krakatau was a a big hole in the water surrounded by some island remnants.
Anak Krakatau has formed an island in the middle of the caldera and built itself up into a small volcano in the last 80 years.
1) Gloating about Muslims being affected without checking to see if the people in the area are actually Muslim...check.
2) Tired old scientifically illiterate attempt at a joke regarding volcanoes and CO2 emissions, and Al Gore...check.
3) Another repetition of the even more tired and old sarcastic “Bush’s Fault” line....check.
