This is just another example of what our Overlords think is their role in our society. The rules are for us, the peons, and they can do anything they want with anyone's money because they are our superiors. This horrible woman has been a poverty pimp and a joke in Congress for years and years. Now her true colors are emerging. Friday, Victor David Hanson wrote:

The public senses there are two standards in America — one for elite overseers, quite another for the supposedly not-to-be-trusted public. The anger over this hypocrisy surfaces over matters from the trivial to the profound. Sometimes the pique arises because the spread-the-wealth, we-all-have-skin-in-shared-sacrifice presidential sermons don’t apply to those who do the preaching...the luminaries who call for bigger government, higher taxes, and more green coercion — now appear to the public as disingenuous, living lives in abject contradiction to the utopian bromides they would apply to others. So too with the media...

"And the beat goes on. "

More specifically, The DEMOCRAT beat goes on.

Therefore you can count on it not being nearly as big a story as if it were a "corrupt" Republican.

Each member of the Congressional Black Caucus is given $10,000 annually by the "CBC Foundation" and have a large amount of leeway in how they disburse the funds.

Let's be clear: those are tax dollars being used in what amounts to a slush fund. The GAO, FBI and FEC should ask the CBC Foundation to release all official documents.

QUESTION Can the CBC members prove where they spent the $10,000? The IRS has targeted Foundations as the locus classicus for tax evasion and money laundering.

CBC members, like Johnson, who aid and abet felonies harm taxpayers and could be charged with various crimes. The FBI should interrogate Johnson and other CBS members to determine if votes were exchanged for government favors--money, jobs, political cover to facilitate the deception, and whether CBC members colluded to misuse Congessional influence.

FBI TIP PAGE http://tips.fbi.gov/ (you may remain anonymous)

POSSIBLE CHARGES Official acts prohibited, misuse of Congressional funds, abuse of public office, violating oath of office, misuse of government position, abuse of government power; conflict of interest; influence buying; conspiracy to deceive; misuse of elective office, collusion, conspiracy to collude.

Johnson's official campaign finance records filed with the FEC, and state election commission, should be scrutinized for possible violations. Determine if names of Johnson's contributors are legit and whether Johnson (and other CBS members) illegally used Foundation funds for campaigns, and whether Johnson and other CBS members received campaign contributions to influence Congressional votes. Johnson and other CBS members may have illegally conspired to collude to give something of value, tax dollars, a govt gratuity, a job, etc, in exchange for votes.

CBC Foundation recipients who misused tax dollars are subject to prosecution.

HERE'S WHAT TO DO:

(1) Express your concerns about CBC members who misappropriate tax dollars.

FBI TIP PAGE http://tips.fbi.gov/ (you may remain anonymous)

(2) Contact the IRS to report suspected tax fraud and tax law violations by officials using tax dollars in ways not disclosed publicly.

IRS TOLL-FREE Tel 1-800-829-0433 You may remain anonymous.

(3) Demand that banks holding CBC Foundation tax dollars conduct an outside audit immediately and reveal their findings (or you will report banks to state and federal regulators).

======================================

L/E should subpoena all CBC Foundation documents. Insiders found stealing and conveying (or destroying) official govt records should be prosecuted.

L/E should look at Computer Trespass--a class C felony if access is made with the intent to commit a crime and/or the violation involves a computer or database maintained by a government agency.

She will be easily reelected. Liberal Congress critters, especially from minority districts, are expected to be thieving lying scum. After all, they “just getting theirs from the man".

This was provided by the CBC’s Foundation (paid by corporate shakedown money, of course).

It’s entirely up to the Congressional Black Caucus to discipline her. Don’t hold your breath.

The only question is who tipped of the Dallas Morning Newz.

Was it a tip or an official announcement on the part of the CBC Foundation? The article does not say.

I’m guessing this is no more than one of the many minor “embarrassments” that black congresscritters rack up routinely.

I don’t see how it will get her purged.

“Longtime” Congresswoman.

Longtime: There’s the story.

But is it really stealing if it’s from your own, and for your own? Isn’t that what being in Congress is all about? Sitting on top of one treasury or another?

Silly bitter-clingers...don’t realize that these rules are for YOU, not the Elite. And don’t you go getting any funny idears about enforcing the law, because that would be RACIST.

I’m shocked, shocked I tell you! First Al Sharpton, then Maxine and now Eddie Bernice. What are we coming to? What are we coming to?

We all know how easy it is to forget and not recognize the names of our own grand children. Anybody can make such as simple mistake.

If this problems is spreading, and it seems to be, is there any way it can be focused down to the other end of Pennsylvania Avenue? The big eared baby boy down there in the whitey house could stand a healthy dose of corruption exposure. Maybe then we could be rid of the slimy little bastard.
