And even more concerning is the fact that the HDOH has indirectly confirmed in 2 different ways that what Obama’s campaign has presented is in fact a forgery.
The birth certificate he has in Hawaii has no legal value because it has been amended. It almost certainly is also late. Both characteristics render it worthless as legal evidence. The only way it could have legal value is if it was presented as evidence to a judicial or administrative person or body and they determined that it was probative. Obama has spent mega-tax dollars to make sure that never happened.

And the birth certificate is not the only problem. The Passport Office just submitted in an affidavit for the Strunk case a huge whopper - a claim that the retention requirement for passport records was changed between 1980-84 and most of 125 million passport records were destroyed. But there would have to be a paper trail for such a retention change and records destruction, and the places where the trail should be show nothing of the sort.
IOW, it looks very strongly as if the Passport Office told a bold, documentable lie in order to explain why they won’t show the 1965 or earlier passport records for Obama’s mother. They have those records; the index of the passports granted is required to be permanently retained. They are perjuring themselves in order to not have to show what they have.
