Democrats on the Hill have not been successful at passing a climate change bill yet and many believe such legislation will not be possible unless the bill is put forth during a lame duck session following the November mid-term elections. In the meantime, the Environmental Protection Agency's Lisa Jackson appears to be looking for ways to legislate climate change regulations if the Congress cannot deliver a bill. In an interview with NPR's Liane Hansen on Sunday, Ms. Jackson talked about what the EPA plans on doing in the absence of climate change legislation.

If not true, this is the corrosive rot that Clarence Thomas talked about where affirmative action robs the person of the esteem a real earned accomplishment brings. But I suspect it really is an affirmative action quota degree since she is obviously not very bright when it comes to what is and isn't pollution.

With her Chem Engineering masters degree she went straight into the EPA. This puke never worked in private industry and I’ll bet she had many offers being black and all
She went into the EPA because she knew she couldn’t hack it in the forever dreaded private sector. That’s what I think
