Beck better watch his back—They have him in their cross hairs now. He may have no choice but to run for office just as Washington had no choice but to become president. If real scandalous data can’t be found—they will make up stuff or like Sarah Palin, attack his family. They will hound him out of the public eye. He has become too much of an Icon. He has, by his actions, become a leader (if such thing exists) of the Tea Parties and the 9-12ers, along with Sarah Palin. Beck’s rally did one thing—it exposed Rev. Sharpton as a race bater and opportunist.
It's already been tried -- only look how many FReepers were posting, "If this is true ..." to the admitted-on-the-very-page concocted story about the rape? And that was just on this site, the imagination is staggered at the thought of what people were posting on other sites/blogs.
How in the world does running for office put a stop to this ridiculousness? Glenn Beck does not need to run for some position in public office, he does more public service by hosting his daily radio and TV programs.
