The Justice Department has filed a lawsuit against the Maricopa County Community College District alleging it engaged in a pattern or practice of discrimination in hiring authorized non-citizens.
The Justice Department says its investigation revealed that Maricopa Community Colleges required all newly hired non-citizens to present additional work authorization documents beyond those required by law, but did not require U.S. citizens to do so.

We should start a list of all the actions being taken by the Federal government against that state of Arizona. Last week I read that the EPA was going after Arizona on some type of coal ash. Do any Freepers hear of Federal action against their states?
It’s hard to believe that only Arizona has all these faults and easy to believe that Chicago style politics are involved.

They just want to be sure we all get the message that dissent to 0bama’s agenda will result in massive legal action by his DOJ.
This both angers and saddens me. The level of corruption in this administration is staggering.
