That said. . .the headline is a bit insulting; in that it appears a smudge of story. ('odd items' turn up in luggage?) Kind of makes you not want to read the freaking story. OTOH. . .the MIA 'B' word is an attention getter.

The final insult. . .the last sentence:

"We don't know yet if these two end up being bad guys or are just really strange people," said one official.

For sure, IMHO; 'strange' does not begin to describe their appearance in photos.

Their story easily leads one to 'bad'. ..and much worse. And nothing strange about that.
