If President Obama's visitors ever grow bored, they can always read the mottoes woven into the border of the Oval Office's new rug.
There are five of them, "of meaning to the president," around the perimeter of the rug, according to a White House spokesman, and they definitely are not from Disney. No "whistle while you work," in other words.

Ugh. Drab is right. The coffee table is hideous. Looks like linoleum flooring.
Probably the 5 Pillars of Faith of Islam.
We’ll need to fumigate the whitehouse plus get psychiatric help for the staff.
I just got home from an eye exam and still seeing blurred.
Is the title Oral Orifice or Oval Orifice or Oral Office or Oval Office?
I guess it depends on who is setting at the desk.
We all know what it was with BJC there!
Yes, that coffee table is SO out of place. Totally clashes with the historic setting. Looks like a garage sale item.
It looks like “Rent a Room.”
I thought during a time of war the eagle faces the arrows. Besides taking all the Red White and Blue out of the seal Obozo’s got the eagle facing the olive branch. More calculated Orwellian logic.
I liked it the other way better.
Wonder what happens to the old rugs? I think each President should be able to take the rug from their administration.
If O does not take this one, it will have to be BURNED.
That wallpaper is an abomination. Giant pink flowers with that gold furniture? Ugly doesn’t begin to describe it. It looks like a bawdy house in the Old West. Where can you even buy stuff like this?
I like the rug designed by Laura the best of all of these.

Hee hee hee... it is.
See my nickname in the bottom left corner? ;)
Nice work. Just a bit of photoshop talk, the picture on the wall (left side), is the flower wall paper showing inside the frame? Mask and delete needed? Did not take that close a look so I may have seen something not there but that was my quick look.
I would have left the Oval office as it was and Saved The Money!
