Because the rest of the officer corps are not following suit does not make the orders that come from Obama as Constitutional and therefore lawful orders. Some people have more courage than others in this matter of conscious. At least two other officers were challenged by their conscious to determine whether Obama was legally the commander-in-chief. LTC Lakin is the one who stepped up to challenge Obama's orders that he believes are unconstitutional and this mil blog argument is a non sequitur.
