Why do you think the Norks sunk that S. Korean ship, practice for the Deep Water Horizon! It was planned when Bubba went to N. Korea to pick up Al's two reporters. They are at it again.

With only 13 people aboard it doesn't sound like it was a drilling rig. More likely a production platform. If it was a rig, the accident may well be a result of drilling ban.
