“chirpin”?? honey the State Dept hired some entrepreneurs to implement tweeting , it’s usage and frikkin’ Heads of State-imho-unacceptable.
Who’s running that State Dept anyway? I think there ‘s an investigation warranted as this article suggests-sounds like the State Dept needs a good housecleaning ,too.
