There was one of those "three attorney" panels on FOX earlier today about this incident.....there may be MUCH more than meets the eye. I haven't gone to the link to see the video, but one of the lawyers said there was more than 30 minutes taped on this incident involving a threatening and 'suicidal' old fart. He was supposedly cajoled, pleaded with, and then warned over and over and over.
I ain't taking sides on this -- just adding input from someone who spent a lot of time viewing the entire scenario.

But was he attacking when he was tased?
The only part of the video that the jury will remember is this guy attempting to get up and being tased. As I said in my post, I didn’t see an attack. It seems that the only argument the police have in justifying the taser is that he was attacking them and I don’t see it ... unless he did it early in the video and I have watched it ... don’t see it.
You don’t tas someone just because they don’t won’t to go to the hospital.
