A days ago a friend of mine went into a major hospital as an emergency, urinary retention - nothing done. The hospital's 3 ultra sound scanners were broken, no bloods taken - managed to pass urine eventually so discharged with promise of future appointment. He is expecting to wait months.

Mmmmm.....
