Race, this is Delaware. If "dirt", or even mental disability was a condition the Delaware voters cared about it would be IMPOSSIBLE to explain how a man who'd had brain surgery, three times unsucessfully, could have been elected to the Senate over and over and over.

Sorry, when you have a population that recurringly elected Joe Biden "dirt" is something you just don't need to worry about.

Look, this other Senator they had out there was the least noticed member of the Senate in the history of the Republic.

He had only a handful of newstories on his activites during his terms in office, and yet lurking in his background it was all too easy to discover that he'd introduced his secretary to a man who finally murdered her, stuffing her in a cooler, and setting her adrift off the coast.
