1) Obama sues Arizona(7-6-10)

2) Justice Department sues Arizona school system(8-31-10)

3) Justice Dept. sues Arizona sheriff(9-2-10)

Sheriff Joe claims to have complied with the DOJ request for documents, but stops at giving them only documents related to the complaint rather than allowing the DOJ to go on a fishing expedition. Anyone every been audited - you know what that is like.
