The secretaries of state need to make it a requirement to produce a bc to be on the ballot. Simple as that.
They really do especially with all the “diversity” in our country now. Why isn’t this already required?
I think it hasn’t been required because it was never an issue in the past. It is now and the requirements need to reflect that, IMHO.
